Panic flickered in his chest. The animals needed urgent care, and every moment wasted put them at risk. He searched his pockets, the driver’s seat, and the supply crates, but the key was nowhere in sight. The truck could not move until he found it.
Kaelwyn knew the answer lay somewhere nearby. Perhaps a mischievous monkey had taken it, or it had fallen into the tall grass. He had to stay calm and search carefully.
