In the countryside of Yorkshire Dales, a lively boy named Osric loved exploring the rolling green fields. He chased butterflies, climbed trees, and splashed through shallow creeks. His curiosity often led him into trouble, but he never stopped seeking adventure.
One rainy afternoon, Osric wandered too close to a muddy bog while searching for a rare bird’s nest. The ground beneath him shifted, and with a loud squelch, he sank knee-deep into the sticky mud. He struggled to move, but the thick earth clung to him, covering him from head to toe in dirt.
Laughter turned to frustration as he realized he couldn’t get out alone. He needed water to loosen the mud and escape before sunset. Somewhere nearby, a bucket of water waited to be found.
