Deep in the Black Forest of Germany, a small honeybee named Basilio buzzed happily from flower to flower. He belonged to a rare breed that produced golden honey, prized by beekeepers. One afternoon, while searching for nectar, he noticed a strange glass bottle glistening in the sunlight. Curious, he flew inside to investigate its sweet scent.
The moment he landed, a gust of wind tipped the bottle over, trapping him inside. He flapped his wings frantically, but the glass was too smooth to grip. Panic set in as the sun cast long shadows over the forest floor.
Basilio’s hive needed him. Without his return, the colony’s honey production would halt. He had to escape before nightfall.
